Board of Directors

Stanisław Sipiński – President of the Board
Ewa Pruszewicz-Sipińska – Vice President of the Board

Ewa Pruszewicz-Sipińska PhD. Eng., Professor of Architecture, Associate Professor at Poznań University of Technology; and Stanisław Sipiński PhD. Eng., Professor at the University of the Arts Poznań (UAP) are research associates at Poznań University of Technology’s Department of Architecture, as well as at the Department of Architecture and Design of the University of the Arts in Poznań. PhD dissertations (1998, 1999), postdoctoral dissertations (2008, 2012) on subjects related directly to professional issues.
Ewa Sipińska has been acting as a dean of Poznań University of Technology’s Department of Architecture since 2016.
Stanisław Sipiński was granted the title of Architect Creator by the Minister of Culture in 1989.
The main designers possess qualifications in building, construction and conservation, as well as building expert qualifications in the architect’s specialisation - design from 08.03.2002; Ewa Pruszewicz-Sipińska - No. 157/02, Stanisław Sipiński - No. 156/02.
The Architectual Design Studio by Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński specialises mainly in design of public facilities of administrative nature, offices, commercial and service buildings, banks, healthcare facilities, single and multi-family dwelling units, industrial facilities, roads, bridges, tracks, etc.
To date, the Studio has designed approximately 800.000 m2 of usable building area.
The Studio’s services also include architectural supervision during implementation stages of each project.
The biggest asset of the Studio is the number of technically and technologically complex projects implemented – attached you will find a comprehensive list of facilities completed since 1993.

Country-wide activities

Next to the commissions by Polish investors, natural persons, legal persons (companies, public sector entities etc.), the Studio has completed a number projects in Poland commissioned by foreign investors. The following investments have been completed: commercial office building Dwór Hamburski, Wierzbięcice Street in Poznań (German investor); A class building Poznań Financial Centre in Andersa Square in Poznań (German investor); 10 branches of Fortis Bank Ltd. Poland-wide. The following projects have also been completed: A class office, hotel and commercial complex ANDERSIA, located in Poznań at Andersa Square – usable surface of approx. 65.000 m2 (German inwestor); office, hotel and commercial complex Andersia Tower, Andersa Square in Poznań (German investor); office commercial building Andersia Bussiness Centre, Andersa Square in Poznań (German investor); DELTA building in Towarowa Street in Poznań; residential-office-commercial complex Gajowa in Poznań (Portugese investor); recreational and commercial complex of 160.000 m2 - Galeria Malta in Poznań with its pedestrian overcrossing (Spanish investor); as well as four bridges in Poznań.
